Fast Acting ISORelief for Relief of All Types of Minor Pain
In addition to helping with relieving inflammatory pain, ISORelief is also effective for headache and muscle aches & pain.
ISORelief is fast acting, relieving minor pain in just 30 minutes unlike joint restorative compounds such as glucosamine, MSM, hyaluronic acid, omega-3 fatty acids, SAMe and chondroitin sulfate, that take weeks or months to work.
ISORelief is a Full Spectrum Anti-Inflammatory
Research studies indicate that 40% of pain-causing bio-chemicals in the body come from a non-enzymatic pathway related to free radicals-the Isoprostane pathway. Some drugs are pro-oxidants increasing free radical production and oxidative stress.
Research studies also indicate that the alpha acids in ISORelief are potent anti-oxidants and are effective for the prevention and treatment of many other health challenges, including boosting the immune system by lowering PGE-2.
Botanical prostaglandin E-2 (PGE-2) Inhibitor Comparison
The primary biochemical compound responsible for inflammation and pain in the body is prostaglandin E-2 (PGE-2). Inflammatory PGE-2 is produced by pain-causing bio-chemical systems in the body that are converted into PGE-2.
ISORelief was the most potent and selective ingredient for reducing the pain-causing bio-chemicals that produce PGE-2 out of 20 botanicals (Curcumin, Resveratrol, Phelloden, etc.) that were tested in a state of the art screening assay using human gastrointestinal cells.
ISORelief Works on Multiple Pain Targets
ISORelief is a Multiple Inflammatory Inhibitor.  It reduces the pain-causing bio-chemicals responsible for inflammatory pain in the body.
The 7 major pain-causing bio-chemicals are:
1.Cyclooxygenase (Cox 2);
2. Lipooxygenase (5-Lox);
3. Iso-P (Isoprostane-product of free radicals);
4. NF Kappa B
5. TNF-µ;
6. iNOS (inducible nitric oxide synthase);
7. RNS (Reactive Nitrogen Species).
Human Oral Dosing Studies of ISOReliefversus the OTC and Prescription Products: Ibuprofen & Celebrex®
Two human oral dosing clinical studies have been conducted with ISORelief. These research studies looked at the mechanism of action, magnitude of potency and selectivity of ISORelief compared to Ibuprofen and Celebrex®.The studies were designed to assess the Prostaglandin E-2 (PGE-2) inhibition of ISORelief.
First Human Oral Dosing Study, ISORelief versus Ibuprofen:
In the first study twenty-four subjects participated. Twelve subjects were assigned to the ISORelief group and received a single two-tablet dose of ISORelief (1000mg).  Twelve subjects were assigned to the Ibuprofen control group and dosing with this group was a single two-tablet dose (400mg).
Study Results:
The studies concluded that ISORelief (1000mg) had a PGE-2 inhibitory potency comparable to that obtained from a single two-tablet dose of Ibuprofen.
PGE-2 Inhibitor Comparison: Whole Blood Assays
Second Human Oral Dosing Study, ISOReliefversus Celebrex:
Study Results:
Comparison of data from the validation study suggests that ISORelief would provide PGE-2 inhibitory potency comparable or better than a single dose of Celebrex.  These studies suggest that ISORelief is clearly a selective and potent PGE-2 inhibitor, comparable to Ibuprofen and Celebrex in potency and with superior selectivity for PGE-2 inhibition.
Conclusion:
ISORelief is supported by extensive human clinical studies, combined with fast-acting results, making ISORelief a leader in helping each of us with relief of minor aches and inflammatory pain.*
